Are monolithic dentures as strong as acrylic?
Yes, tests have shown that our 3D printed dentures are as strong as conventional dentures. The newer monolithic multi-material NextDent systems are designed to improve break resistance further by combining harder tooth material with a more impact-absorbing gum/base material.
Can a 3D printed denture be repaired?
Yes, our 3D printed dentures can easily be repaired, but many of out clients ask for a newly printed denture to be sent to them. We keep all dentures on file so the patients can have a newly printed denture in days.
Are 3D dentures more expensive?
No, because we use less materials to create a denture, this means we can provide a perfectly fitting denture for a fraction of the cost. Our clients are enjoying the low cost, high reward from out service and many more are contacting us daily.
